Experience: I have been lifting since I was in middle school for sports and grew to love it! I've lifted for more than 10 years!

Hobbies: I love to go to the gym on my own time.  I also love spending time with my puppy and my cat.  You can often find me outside in the sun & spending time with my two younger brothers and friends.

Bio: I absolutely love the sunshine, being outside, harvest season, and of course, football! I have a puppy 1 & ½ years old and he is the best thing that ever happened to me. I also have a 6 year old cat that I have a lot of love for event though she is full of attitude. I've always had a big heart for animals. I used to play a lot of sports in school, but in high school I was most passionate about volleyball and softball. I've always loved helping people and seeing them progress, which is why I love this job. I can't wait to continue making a positive in others’ lives!
